[gnso-rap-dt] Working Group meeting in Sydney

Dear Glen:

 

As discussed in today?s working group call, the Registration Abuse Policy
Working Group would like to reserve time in Sydney on Monday June 22, at
7:30 ? 9:00 a.m. local time.  (Sunday June 21 at 21:30 UTC, 22:30 pm London,
17:30 New York).

 

This will be a regular meeting of the Working Group (not a workshop).  It
will be open to members of the ICANN community to observe, and there will be
time reserved in the meeting for Q&A with members of the community, in order
to inform the community of our ongoing work.

 

Some members of the WG will not be able to attend the Sydney meeting, and so
a conference line and speaker phones will be needed.

 

Due to the early start, can breakfast be provided?

Subject: URGENT: GNSO Working Group/Drafting Team meetings in Sydney

 

Dear Chairs of Working Groups and Drafting Teams,

 

The Sydney meetings are approaching fast! The usual GNSO working sessions
will be held on Saturday, 20 June and Sunday 21 June 2009. As in Mexico City
there will be 2  GNSO meeting rooms all day Saturday and Sunday, one will
have scribing and the other recorded sessions and there will be remote
participation facilities in both rooms.

 

Would you please be so kind as to let me know

-          The name of your group /team

 

whether your group would :

 

-  like to meet face to face during the Sydney meetings

-  the amount of time your group will need 

- the preferred day for the meeting

 

Any special requirements you may wish to note for the group.

 

There will be working lunches provided on both days, but these will be in a
lunch room on Level 3 which is one level above the meeting rooms via
elevators and escalators.

  

This will help schedule two meetings concurrently and participants will
hopefully be able to plan their travel accordingly.

 

Please let me have this information by 17 April 2009.
