George,

As a member of the IRT (but not the IPC), and of this working group
(although my participation has fallen a little due to the work on the
IRT), your accusations levied against the IRT group are unjustified and
could not be further from the truth.  The language you cite in 9s of
your own comment about "registration or use" was not any attempt to
rewrite the UDRP, but rather a reflection of how the dispute providers
have actually interpreted the provision.  It is also worth noted in the
.us ccTLD version of the UDRP (called the usDRP), the language is
"registration OR use" as well.

Please try to stick to the subject matter of the working group without
the attacks against other groups.

I meant to say:

changing AND *******TO******** "OR"

(not "FROM")
