[gnso-vi-feb10] Motion to Approve VI Charter

Margie kindly drafted the attached draft motion to approve the VI PDP WG
charter once it is finalized.  Once the DT finishes its work, I would
appreciate it if Councilors on the DT would make and second the motion
on the Council list.  Of course, you may modify it as you like.
 
The deadline for making motions for the 10 March meeting is 2 March.
