new domain idea bad for everyone

Dear ICANN,

I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by ICANN
for public comment. Allowing an .xxx
domain for porno materials will be bad
for everyone because most pornographers
probably won't voluntarily move but
instead will jump to clone their sites
on the .xxx domain. New pornographers
will have greater opportunity to put
their material out as well. Free speech
is one thing, but allowing porno to
multiply exponentially is making it too
easy for one sector at the expense of
other sectors that do not have their own
special domains.

ICANN should vote to adopt the
dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the Board
thinks that the Panel's majority opinion
was wrong and that the Board's conduct
was consistent with ICANN's Bylaws and
Articles of Incorporation.
