[jig] Closure of the call at 12.15 UTC

Dear all,
Todays call closed at 14.15 due to lack of attendance ( thank you Chris and 
Jonathan for attending).

After consulting with Chris and Jonathan, suggest the WG finalizes its draft 
Final Report on Universal Acceptance of IDN TLD's on line.
As indicated in my email from 5 September, the only comment received was from 
ALAC, which was in support of the recommendations.

Further, the draft letters prepared by the JIG, were adopted by the ccNSO and 
GNSO. The GNSO has submitted its letter, the ccNSO will follow shortly.
