UDRP is better then URS

URS should not be a part of the .Net contract!  

URS  restrains competition by allowing companies to register a trademark 
simply to grab a competitor's TLD thus making  a competitor invisible and 
confusing existing customers. I expect to see troll companies that do this 
simply to grab a name that a small operation uses to make web sites for 
clients. The former owner must then pay the troll to get access to his domain 
so that the links to it continue to work.  

UDRP is a more sane process with a reasonable time frame for response.
