ICANN is a trusted public servant, NOT A CASH COW!!!! Keep the playing field level! Charge a "Small as possible" admin. fee, not a "what the market will bear" free-for-all. The web is NOT a market. It's a public venue! Shall we next have bidding wars for airport parking charges? Auto license plates? How about drivers license?
