Colleagues I will open a Shinkuro room later today for the PDP Feb 06 29 September meeting. Please accept my invitation to join the room if you would like to use that online tool. The GNSO Secretariat will post later today the first tranche of the Expert Materials which should be read in conjunction with the draft Preliminary Taskforce Report which is also posted at http:// gnso.icann.org/issues/gtld-policies/pcc-pdp-03aug06.pdf.
