On behalf of the Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG), the following statement
is submitted regarding the Post-Expiration Domain Name Recovery (PEDNR)
Recommendations of the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) that were
adopted by the GNSO Council at its meeting on 21 July 2011:
The RySG has participated in the process leading up to the adoption of these
recommendations and supports them for consideration by the Board of ICANN.
This statement has the support of a supermajority of the members of the
Stakeholder Group.
