Shameful!

The flaws in this revised agreement are many and have been outlined by others.  

To sanction price hikes by monopoly registries at a time when the technological 
costs of running registries are falling substantially and if put out to 
competitive tender should mean substantial savings in registrant costs rather 
than increases is bad enough but to try to railroad these unpopular measures 
through by stealth as ICANN have tried to do is nothing short of shameful.  

The whiff of corruption emanating from this organisation threatens to choke the 
whole industry.
