Just a couple minor wording suggested edits.

a.  14.      Expanded use of the Community Objections.

The heading of Rec 14 should be changed because we are explicitly NOT  
expanding the scope of objections that can filed under the "Community  
Objections" process.  Perhaps we should just drop the word "expanded"  
in the title, so it is just " Use of Community Objections".

b.  Recommendation 4.1: Ultimate resolution of the admissibility of a  
TLD subject to a Rec6 objection rests with the Board alone and may  
not be delegated to a third party.
We should probably add "or rejection" after "admissibility" in this  
string, so it is explicit that the board must also be the final  
decision on tld rejections.   So it would read:
Recommendation 4.1: Ultimate resolution of the admissibility or  
rejection of a TLD subject to a Rec6 objection rests with the Board  
alone and may not be delegated to a third party.

c.  Also the words "dispute resolution" exist a number of times  
throughout the document (including headings), so those should be  
changed to something like "objection process".
