Sites with pornographic content should only be allowed to run on the .xxx
domain & purveyors of pornography given a transfer window to move all
content from other domain tld's to the more specialized "porn" domains, this
would make it much simpler for schools and parents to place measures that
simply block sites ending in .xxx - after the transfer amnesty any
pornography found on other domain tld's could simply be reported and the
domains suspended until they comply
