I am the CEO of BlueToon Media, LLC an adult industry company that strongly
opposes the formation of a .XXX level domain. We feel that the currently
pending labeling law, which requires pornographic sites to label their
content, will address the concerns of parents and casual surfers. Each of
our eight sites have links to free filtering software, that are easy to find
on our Adult Content Warning pages.

Time, effort and money would be better spent educating the public how to use
the safeguards already available, and can be found free - on the vast
majority of legal adult websites. Blocking software, when properly set-up
is very capable of keeping age-sensitive materials from minors.

XXX.com will not attain the proposed goals, and only further the flood of
non-US pornography, impacting the market and society. We believe this will
allow unregulated content an easy work-around, for what ever weak and
damaging laws are passed.

Bad data, poor long range planning and a media machine cranking out
fundamental rhetoric, as if it were fact - is gona come back to haunt us
all. Innocence will be lost for a whole new generation of abused children,
while ya'll play with the Internet, like it was a box of LEGOS.

Everyone's Momma done said it 100 times. ..and it still holds true.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Respectfully Submitted,
Madame Watson
