Com'on, man is mud in your head? ORSC is a dubious and illegitimate business and one of its founders Gene Marsh (according to MS WinWord  dictionary marsh means mud, which suits him well) is out to sue ICANN and any registry selected by it - this is kind of threat to the ICANN process and the net's stability.   However, I am confident that Mr Marsh has mud in his head, so he cannot think properly. Just because his DieBold earns USD 1 Billion, he thinks he can happily sue anyone, but in the eyes of the court ORSC is illegitimate.   Please refer to the "Memorandum of Court Decision in Image Online Design, Inv. v. CORE Ass'n", where IODesign ended up being the BIGGEST luser where the .WEB TLD was concerned.
