Unfortunately this does not jive with the nIANA's own Web pages with respect
to
their bylaws (See www.iana.org/bylaws.htm).

Conversely if we don't keep an eye on what the IANA is proposing in their
bylaws for the nIANA we may end up with an organization that is closed and
non-responsive to the needs and requirements of the Stakeholder community.
