I've been working in the Information and Communication Technologies Sector (ICT) for more than 10 years. I was member of the task force that created and developed the Internet in Peru between 91 and 94. Since 95 I've been working in Models Development for Telecenters Projects. Between 98 and 2000 I worked in Central America, developing the Network of Infocentros El Salvador (Telecenters). In 2002, I worked in the Huascaran Project as ICT Consultant. I've always thought technologies - especially ICTs - must help people to improve their quality of life and I always look for working with projects and institutions that have this same vision.
