Closed Registry

While I understand the purpose of the closed registry, it is important that 
only specific names are allowed in the interest of maintaining competition and 
fairness in industry.  In particular, specific closed registry names such as 
.cloud, .security, .ondemand, and many others should be exempt from this 
policy. This is especially true if these specific closed registries are owned 
by a single company.
