Hello,
In regards to the proposed renewal of .TRAVEL, it is inappropriate to include
the URS within the registry agreement, until such time as the community has
made it a consensus policy for all gTLDs via a PDP. To do otherwise would be to
replace the "bottom up" consensus approach with a "top down" staff-driven
process. This is obviously unacceptable.
As a precondition to becoming a consensus policy, the URS "experiment" within
new gTLDs must first be evaluated. This has not been done.
