End the 'grace period' for domain registrations

Removing the squatter-friendly 'grace period' for domain registrations would
remove any legitimate excuse NetSol may have for engaging in their own
domain squatting.  Should they continue, the logical result to such an
egregious breach of the public trust would be to remove their ability to act
as a registrar, as should be the case for any registrar who engages in such
behavior.

It is gratuitous to note that Network Solutions continually appears to be
striving to break the Internet's implicit social contracts for a few bucks.
