This is part question and part comment to the GNSO on the domain tasting
proposal.  Is the Board supposed to vote in June on both this proposed
policy and the Board recommendation to eliminate the ICANN fee waiver? 
It seems the GNSO is operating in a vacuum and ignoring the already
existent proposal by the Board as part of the budgetary process.  ICANN
in its policy development should be thoughtful and procedural and not
work to change too many things at one time without understanding all of
the effects.  Let's first view the effects of the Board budgetary change
before the GNSO proposes to eliminate entirely the Add Grace Period.
