hi all,

i've attached the weekly status report for your review.  

i've gone ahead and developed a very preliminary draft of a worksheet that WG 
participants might be able to use to capture the functional information about 
the entities they represent -- we'll take a look at that draft on Thursday but 
you're welcome to preview it by downloading a copy from the link that follows.  
i've gone ahead and filled it out for ISPs but please note that this is 
ENTIRELY unreviewed by any ISP except me.
