Avri and all sgb members,

  Not all of us agree that ALL LEA's should have unrestricted
access.  Some LEA's definitely should not have any access
to gtld Whois data that they do not already have.  Ergo
personal and private data.  For instance, I believe many
LEA's would have trouble in Iranian, or Syrian LEA's
having such unrestricted access...
