I have to admit that I'm getting a bit tiered repeating myself. The term
legitimate interest or legitimate party might not be the same all over
the world. As "private right enforcement" has a long standing tradition
in some countries it does not exist in other. In Germany for example
there is no such thing, everything has to go through the offical LEAs
and due process.
