[gnso-acc-sgb] Spamklacht
All, The site is in Dutch and there is no translation, sorry. I put it in anyway so you could see in which way we receive our Dutch complaints. Basically it asks you to give some personal data, so that the complaint can be checked and hold up in (the administrative) court and it lets the consumer copy in the spam message and all header information, which is the basis for our investigation: sender address and spamvertised websites. Our next step is the Whois data of these addresses. After that the real work starts, digital and plain old investigating. All international complaints come through colleague spam enforcers or through industry. Most CNSA members, the Contact Network of Spamenforcement Agencies of the EU, have adopted a document in which the intention to exchange information is agreed. Together with the London Action Plan a referral document was developed, standardizing the information that needs to be exchanged in spam cases. Fyi, I've copied them in. Rest assured, in English.
