        Dear SO and AC chairs,

        Following up on previous discussions and agreement, the
Affirmation of Commitments Call for Applicants for RT2 (Security &
Stability) and RT2 (WHOIS) will be launched shortly. This will be made
in a joint announcement for both RTs, with a reference to a separate
page featuring the specific requirements that each SO/AC may have for
the applicants seeking endorsement from that SO/AC.

        May I therefore ask you to provide me with the requirements your
SO/AC may have for the applicants seeking your endorsement, as soon as
these requirements have been adopted. Please also cc Alice Jansen (as
cc:d to this mail).
