Thanks Berry,

I did email gnso-secs, but did not cc you. Good to know. Admittedly, I did send 
the request late last night. I will cc you in the event that I need a dial-out 
in the future (but I hope I will not).

Personally, I feel that recordings for the calls (plus or minus transcripts) 
would be beneficial. Ideally, all the members of the sub-team should do their 
best to attend the calls. However, in the event that it is difficult for 
someone to do so for one reason or another, recordings would be helpful so that 
no one falls behind. Not sure how problematic this might be though.

satisfy the question I had on resources to familiarize myself with the topic, 
authoritativeness.
