I too agree with Mikey. If the chartering organizations cannot agree on
a single charter, then by definition it is not a CWG but operating as
two distinct ones. It may even end up with members that are only
interested in one charter or the other. That makes no sense and will
only confuse and complicate their work. It may be a radical idea, but if
the chartering organizations have different ideas about what the WG
needs to do, then maybe they should just each form their own WG.
