    Dear Cross-Community Working Group Drafting Team (CWG-DT) members,
 
 
 
Please be advised that the co-chairs, Ms. Becky Burr (ccNSO) and Mr. John 
Berard (GNSO), would like to hold a meeting of the CWG-DT next Thursday 27 
February, at 21:00 UTC. The aim of the meeting is to discuss the draft Charter 
for the Working Group to be formed after this DT finalizes the said Charter. 
Following that, the final Charter, as approved by the ccNSO and GNSO Councils, 
will guide the Working Group in its deliberations regarding an updated 
framework of operating principles for future cross-community working groups.
 
 
 
Attached is a copy of the draft Charter that the co-chairs would like to 
discuss next Thursday. Please feel free to send any thoughts or comments you 
may have on the draft to this mailing list ahead of the meeting, to kickstart 
the discussion!
 
 
 
Staff will circulate the call-in information for the call shortly. The CWG-DT 
wiki page - which includes historical documents and references from the 
original Drafting Team formed by the GNSO in 2011 - can be accessed at
