[gnso-consensus-wg] Election of Directors

I would like to throw out another option for election of directors:

*       At the end of the current term for Seat 14, Seats 13 and 14 both
may not be held by individuals who are employed by, an agent of, or
receive any compensation from an ICANN-accredited registry or registrar,
nor may they both be held by individuals who are members of or directly
involved in one of the GNSO user stakeholder groups. Either seat may be
held by an individual directly involved with a contracted party or a
user stakeholder group, but not both at the same time, thereby fostering
the theme of parity between contracted and non-contracted parties.
*       Voting threshold: 2/3 of one house or simple majority of both
houses.
