with both Cheryl & Evan, my Vice-Chairs in approval, and thanks to prior 
informal discussion with other ALAC members, re: those matters, I'm happy with 
your proposed alternative which removes ambiguities and makes sure that no 
SO/AC would be able to block transmittal to the Board by the other SO/ACs.

On another topic - I guess there will be a role for ccNSO Liasion and ALAC 
liasion to take whatever is decided at GNSO back to their groups (as Board has 
asked all of us for advice....)
