[gnso-consumercci-dt] CCCI Public Comment

During the CCCI Session at Dakar there was a discussion about when to
conduct a public comment period before or after submission of the Final
Report to the GNSO Council.  Staff was asked if the GNSO Council
deliberations stated a preference.  After review of the minutes and motion,
the Council did not discuss specifics regarding a public comment period for
this activity.  Working Groups normally do not need GNSO Council approval to
post a report for public comment and as such the CCCI WG may determine on
its own when and where to do so.

 

The session in Dakar seemed to show consensus of producing the final report,
posting for public comment and then submit the final, final report to the
GNSO Council.  If that is the WG's preference, nothing appears to counter
that course.
