that if we move to meet Wednesday's deadline, we will seem to be pushing
through the advice letter that will undoubtedly draw some criticism on the
15th. If we wait -- be more deliberative -- and get the motion in more
than 8 days (say, two weeks?) ahead of the meeting on December 20, we may
better be able to withstand criticism.</div><div><br></div><div>That said, I am
only one vote, so if the group decides to move forward by Wednesday, I will be
