As I have already said in private email, for multiple reasons I cannot
support the changes made on the call. They are substantive, and breaks a
carefully crafted consensus on what I *thought* was a "final". Both in the
process (of including panic last-minute substantive changes) and the
substance (in the consumer-hostile nature of the changes), I cannot support
the document in its current form.
