Hi Julie,

Is the SO/AC deadline extension set for end of March or end of April? End of 
March would mean until the Singapore meeting is over, and we are unlikely to 
get new comments this week. The registrars have indicated that they are 
planning on making a submission. Could we give them a little more time?
