Maria and All: As promised, I am circulating Appendix 1 published as part Task Force 2's report in March 2004. It is an Excel spreadsheet with countries, numbers of registrars, data protection laws (if any), comments by countries or regions on WHOIS (if any), and other information. Maria: In addition to other information that might be helpful to your report, there are numerous documents listed in Sections 3 and 9 (among others) from governments and regional groups might be useful for the External Documents section of the WHOIS summary document.
