I was under the impression that the voting representatives from each of
the prior task forces would retain their voting rights in this new, but
still undefined task force.
- From the perspective of the bylaws of the registrar constituency, this
poses some problems. The registrar constituency voting representatives
are elected, not appointed. If the representative structure of the task
force is indeed changing in this manner, we are left in a difficult
position. We cannot simply appoint someone to vote our ballots.
I'd appreciate some clarify from our co-chairs if in fact the
representative voting structure is changing in the manner Marilyn outlines.
