(1) Pending an explanation of the merits of the objection, IPC opposes
sending the note Jordyn drafted
(2) Since the constituency Ross and Paul represent voted against the
recommendation origiinally, what is the basis for reconsideration?
Normally such a motion could only be brought by someone who had voted
yes originally

Notice of the Whois task force call on 9 August did go to you via the
Conference message system. The list seems to be in order so I am not
sure why you did not receive Jordyn's original message.
