Hi all:

Due to a late-arising conflict, I'm unable to chair the call  
tomorrow.  Given that we still need to distribute the preliminary  
report and have little on-list discussion regarding the purpose of  
Whois, I think it's best to postpone the call a week.

Therefore, there will be no task force call tomorrow.  Instead, the  
next call will be on August 30.  The current agenda items for that  
call are:

- Vote to approve the preliminary report on the recommendations  
regarding conflict with national laws
- Further discussion on purpose of Whois
