One question-near the very end of the intro, why are you proposing that
the sentence re Task 5 be deleted?

With thanks to Jordyn for the extension, I have now reviewed our report
in detail. 

Attached please find the report with my edits (which should visible in
green).  All my changes are to Section I. Introduction & Background.  In
brief they are: 
- Linking to the top of the Whois-tf2-preliminary report (not to the
proxy section)
- Adding a link to the Appendix I table in its readable Excel format
(something Barbara Roseman always promised, but was not done).
- Checking of some noted sections with quotations for exact match of
text, caps, etc
- Adding two words for the full quote in section 3.3
- A few changes of formatting and rearranging of wording to make the
last paragraph (a very important one) flow a bit more easily.

Overall a good job, and I think these edits finish it up.
