Dear Glen,

It appears that all the working sessions of the Working Group on IDN
take place on telephone calls scheduled on Tuesday; and given that my
own schedule does not allow me to participate with persistence and
significance in its work, I wish to be officially removed from the
membership of this WG. I may want to remain on the list, if possible,
as an observer.
