[gnso-idn-wg] Moving to a single call

Folks,

I have been keenly listening to your comments on various topics, I am glad
that we have more participation on our mailing lists too.

 

With a few notable exceptions, there seems to be broad agreement on moving
to a single call.  Therefore, we shall do so.

 

I was left with the task of finding a time that would be disruptive to the
least number of people.  The morning calls were disruptive to at least 40%
of our membership, so it got eliminated.

 

We will therefore move to a single call, running for 2 hours, commencing at
4pm EST every Tuesday.  This is 1pm PST, 22:00 CET, 0500 Hong Kong/Singapore
next day, 0800 Melbourne and 0900 Auckland.  Glen will put out formal
details for the call here shortly.

 

Thank you for your suggestion to move to a single call, and for your support
in the WG.
