I should have been more precise in my previous e-mail. My suggestion was that 
we need to make sure that whatever results we come up with regarding RPMs, 
their shortcomings or needs for changes, we need to inject these results into 
the spreadsheets on the protections to ensure consistency of all spreadsheets. 

It may well be that the group decides that a protection by treaty is not the 
decisive criterion, in which case an RPM might not be open to the potential 
beneficiary of our work. In such case, a policy recommendation could be to 
broaden the scope of an RPM. 

I hope that explains it.
