Dear GNSO IGO-INGO PDP Working Group Colleagues, The attached documents are being transmitted by OECD, WIPO and UPU Working Group Members on behalf of a consortium of over 40 Public International Organizations and 15 United Nations Funds and Programs (together, IGOs). Please find attached: * the IGO Minority Statement on the GNSO IGO-INGO PDP Working Group Recommendations * comments on the recommendations table.
