Attached is the latest draft of recommendations as a result of yesterday's
IOC/RCRC call.  I attached a redline version starting from a copy of Jeff's
email.  A clean version is also provided.  

 

Please distribute this draft to your respective groups as soon as possible.
The deadline for determining your respective group's position about the
proposed recommendations is due next Wednesday 26 September 2012.

 

If you have any suggestions for changes to this draft, please send them to
