Attached is an attempt to tighten/clarify how we identify various
parties in the proposed ETRP.  Please review and offer further edits to
the list. 

Marika, could you wait for any comments until Tuesday AM and then
incorporate and post the revised text to the wiki for discussion on the
6/19 call?
