Proposed agenda – IRTP Part B WG Meeting 13 July 2010


 1.  Roll Call
 2.  Public comment forum (see 
http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-05jul10-en.htm) - outreach 
activities, need to extend deadline?
 3.  Further review of Charter Issue C - Whether special provisions are needed 
for a change of registrant when it occurs near the time of a change of 
registrar. The policy does not currently deal with change of registrant, which 
often figures in hijacking cases.
 4.  Next steps & confirm next meeting
