Hello,

Since, as per last week's call, we're limiting discussions to C, D,
and E in the upcoming call, the thread from last week regarding the 60
day lock following a registrant change would fall into the misuse of
the lock for "D".

"D. Whether standards or best practices should be implemented
regarding use of a Registrar Lock status (e.g. when it may/may not,
should/should not be applied)"

(ICANN has not yet responded) There's also some overlap with Charter
Question E, since denial reason #7 is not entirely independent of
denial reason #6.
