August 2008 Statement of Interest for Adam Eisner:

I am the Product Manager for domain names at Tucows, an ICANN  
accredited registrar and internet services vendor. Tucows is a  
minority shareholder in Afilias LLC, with roughly an 8% shareholding.  
Neither Tucows, nor I, is in possession of, nor have access to  
Registry Sensitive or Registry Proprietary information as defined by  
any relevant registry operating contracts as a result of this  
relationship.

Tucows provides consulting and application hosting services to other  
registrars, internet services providers and end users. Some of these  
organizations may be members of ICANN's GNSO or otherwise involved  
with ICANN. I am not an officer, director, consultant, or employee of  
any of these customer organizations nor am I specifically involved in  
providing services to them.

From time to time, Tucows may engage the services of individuals who  
participate in ICANN, or their employers. I do not have an ongoing  
material involvement in these relationships.

Tucows is a member of the GNSO Registrar Constituency.
