<html><body><span style="font-family:Arial; color:#000000;

yesterday's call, I strongly support the idea of a 90 minute F2F meeting with
the last 30 minutes open for Q&A / feedback. Could we also invite the
ccNSO to speak on change of control in that time frame? This would then
check all of the "boxes" we wanted to accomplish in
CR.</div><div><br></div><div>My vote would be for Wednesday, but will yield to

<div>Dear All,</div><div><br></div><div>Following yesterday's IRTP Part C
meeting, please find posted on the wiki (<a target="_blank"
href="https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoirtppdpwg/Next+Meeting">https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoirtppdpwg/Next+Meeting</a>)
an updated version of the public comment review tool in which I've attempted
to capture some of the initial comments. If you have any additional notes or
suggested edits, please let me know.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, for those
that were not able to make the call, the WG discussed possible configurations
of the F2F meeting in Costa Rica. There seemed to be a preference, from those
on the call, to plan one WG F2F meeting of approx. 90 minutes of which the
first part would be dedicated to the regular WG agenda, while a second part
would be configured as an open forum which would allow interested parties to
provide input and/or ask questions. It was noted that in such a format it would
be important to reach out to those individuals or communities from whom the WG
would like to receive input and invite them to attend the meeting. It would be
helpful if the WG could indicate whether there is a preference for a time /
date as this needs to be included in the meeting request which is due 3
February (Wednesday morning or Thursday morning are the likely options for WG
meetings). Further details of the meeting can be worked out at a later stage as
the schedule will link to a wiki page where the WG can post the agenda for the
meeting in due time. If you have any comments, questions with regards to this
approach, you are encouraged to share your views with the mailing
list.</div><div><br></div><div>With best
regards,</div><div><br></div><div>Marika</div>
