Dear All, Please find attached and posted on the wiki an updated version of the draft IRTP Part C Initial Report. It includes the edits suggested by Angie as well as the findings of the data gathering sub-team and some other minor updates. However, the following items are still outstanding (with suggested entity / person responsible in brackets): * Attendance information (Responsible: Marika) * Identify features that were of interest from ccTLDs to be considered for gTLDs change of control process (Responsible: James volunteered to cover this item) * Review of locking procedures as described in reasons for denial #8 and #9 (Responsible: IdealProcess Sub-Team?) * Proposed process / recommendation for change of control (Responsible: Ideal Process Sub-Team / WG) * Statement on level of consensus on recommendation in relation to Charter Question A (Responsible: WG Chairs) * Expected impact of the recommendation for Charter Question A (Responsible: Ideal Proces Sub-Team or separate impact analysis sub-team?
